HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased a detached commercial building at 33 Shannonweg in Rotterdam from seller Profound Asset Management B.V. for the benefit of the CityLink portfolio.
The acquired property is located on a plot of 12,212 sqm and consists of two story’s with four industrial halls and office spaces. The property and surrounding grounds have been leased in their entirety and for a long period to Eriks B.V., an internationally operating specialist industrial service provider.
