HighBrook buys 11,000 sqm urban logistics property in Eindhoven for CityLink Portfolio

HighBrook and Proptimize have acquired the logistics business complex at Hooge Zijde 32 in Eindhoven from a private investor, in an off-market transaction. The total property includes 11,000 sqm of logistics business space, divided into 8,000 sqm warehouse with 3,000 sqm office and is leased to Kulicke & Soffa.

Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc. listed on the NASDAQ has emerged from the former Philips Assembleon and is the world’s largest manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor assembly equipment. The company offers comprehensive assembly solutions to its many customers worldwide.
