HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased the business building located at Nieuw-Zeelandweg 3 in Amsterdam from Schot Verticaal Transport B.V. for the CityLink portfolio.

The business building was built in 2008 and is located in the Westelijk Havengebied. On the plot of approx. 10,957 sqm, there is a detached business building with a constructed area of approx. 380 sqm. The constructed area consists of an industrial hall of about 260 sqm and an office area of about 240 sqm (distributed on the ground floor and a first floor). There is also a roofed area with approx. 1,540 sqm and a storage area of approx. 7,000 sqm.

Schot Verticaal Transport B.V. will be tenant of the entire property after this transaction.
