CityLink was formed in 2022 as a joint venture between HighBrook Investors and Proptimize.

CityLink is a leading last mile logistics real estate platform in The Netherlands. With a flexible, hands-on approach, we enable our tenants to focus on their core businesses by offering customized real estate solutions. Tenant success is central to our long-term strategy; we look to foster a partner relationship through close collaboration, providing an exceptional level of service through our network of modernized distribution hubs to support sustained commercial growth. Operating more than 90 well-situated logistics hubs in key urban locations, CityLink brings its tenants closer to their customers and helps to create vibrant, connected communities.

Investing in last-mile real estate

For real estate to function as a last mile hub, it needs one essential feature: a location closeproximity to the end customer base. Our That’s why we focus is on acquiring logistics real estate in and around the most densely populated areas in the Netherlands.

Whether it’s existing logistics properties (stabilized and transitional), redevelopment projects, or developable land.
Our purchase process is quick and efficient. We are able to make offers without financing reservations and upon completion of a short covenant due diligence process, transactions are unconditional.
