Proptimize (2012) is an independent real estate company, active as a developer of logistics real estate. In addition, we offer a ‘full service’ asset management platform in the field of logistics, last-mile and offices to a select group of (inter)national investment partners.
By combining our local knowledge and expertise with the experience in building real estate portfolios, we form an excellent partnership to make CityLink a success. We combine this with extremely good service for our clients and are seeing the portfolio grow rapidly and occupancy rates increase.
Investing in last-mile real estate
For real estate to function as a last mile hub, it needs one essential feature: a location close to the customer base. Our focus is on acquiring logistics real estate in and around the most densely populated areas in the Netherlands. We invest in existing logistics properties (stabilized and transitional) as well as redevelopment projects and developable land.
Our purchase process is fast and efficient because we manage the capital completely independently As a result, we are able to make offers without financing reservations Upon completion of a short covenant due diligence process, transactions are unconditional.
