CityLink has signed a long-term lease agreement with POD Logistics & Warehousing B.V. for the lease of a new business space at Nieuwesluisweg 190 in Rotterdam.

The building on Distripark Botlek, with a total surface of approx. 12,175 sqm warehouse and approx. 600 sqm office space, will be completely renovated so that POD Logistics & Warehousing B.V. will have a completely up-to-date business space. Components of the renovation work include a new roof, renovation of the entire facade, new docks and LED lighting.
