CityLink has successfully concluded a long-term lease agreement for the rental of approx. 4,300 sqm of warehouse located at Drachmeweg 151 in Nieuw-Vennep. The tenant, Reynard (formerly V&SH Offshore), is specialized in connecting and constructing offshore wind farms on the high-voltage network.

The leased area concerns a total of 4,300 sqm, of which 3,300 sqm is commercial space and 1,000 sqm is office space. CityLink is pleased that they have been able to assist an existing tenant in realizing their growth ambitions by offering a transfer within their real estate portfolio.
