CityLink has entered into a long-term lease agreement for the rental of a total of approx. 5,450 m² of logistics space located at Christiaan Huijgensweg 8 in Alphen aan den Rijn.

The high-quality warehouse will be fully equipped with new, sustainable LED lighting. The tenant is an importer of authentic Asian food products. The full-service logistics provider Verdel Logistiek B.V. will handle the entire logistics process on behalf of the tenant from the newly leased space.

Cushman & Wakefield, in collaboration with Basis Bedrijfshuisvesting, facilitated the lease on behalf of CityLink .
