CityLink has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Droplet B.V. for a business space at Prinses Irenelaan 77 in Voorburg.

The completely renovated building comprises a total lettable floor area of approx. 1,250 sqm and is located on the Prinses Irenelaan (‘t Loo) business park in Voorburg at an excellent sight location on the border of Voorburg and The Hague. The total business park includes approximately 14,000 sqm. With this transaction, the complex has been fully leased to new tenant Droplet B.V.

ROBSWART Bedrijfshuisvesting has realized the lease transaction on behalf of the lessor in collegial cooperation with JNW Makelaars.
