CityLink has signed a lease agreement with Circotex B.V. for a business space at Diamantlaan 27 in Hoofddorp. Circotex B.V. will move into this new location on February 1, 2023.

The transaction comprises approximately 2,534 sqm of industrial space with office and an outdoor area and is located in business park Graan voor Visch Zuid. On this location Circotex will create the most sustainable factory in Europe for dyeing textiles. They do this by being the first in Europe to demonstrate the most innovative technologies in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.

Attracting Circotex B.V. as a new tenant is in line with CityLink’s ambition to give sustainability a prominent position in its real estate portfolio. This is made possible in part by the application of energy-saving measures.
