CityLink was founded in early 2020 by HighBrook Investors and Proptimize.
HighBrook Investors (2010) is a private equity investor with a focus on value-add real estate in North America and Europe. HighBrook Investors focuses on property acquisition and active management to add value.
Proptimize (2012) is an independent real estate company, active as a developer of logistics real estate. In addition, we offer a ‘full service’ asset management platform in the field of logistics, last-mile and offices to a select group of (inter)national investment partners.
By combining our local knowledge and expertise with the experience in building real estate portfolios, we form an excellent partnership to make CityLink a success. We combine this with extremely good service for our clients and are seeing the portfolio grow rapidly and occupancy rates increase.
Investing in last-mile real estate
For real estate to function as a last mile hub, it needs one essential feature: a location close to the customer base. Our focus is on acquiring logistics real estate in and around the most densely populated areas in the Netherlands. We invest in existing logistics properties (stabilized and transitional) as well as redevelopment projects and developable land.
Our purchase process is fast and efficient because we manage the capital completely independently As a result, we are able to make offers without financing reservations Upon completion of a short covenant due diligence process, transactions are unconditional. We see our tenants as long-term partners and clients and we provide modernized facilities in the optimal locations. Our large collection of facilities across the Netherlands allows us to provide our clients with complete flexibility when it comes to growth/expansion needs, a desired relocation or even the ground-up development of a new facility.
We provide our clients with professional and proactive management that allows them to focus on their core business. We use a personal approach and offer a high level of service and care. To achieve this, we always remain the point of contact for our customers and work closely with our supporting partners.
Investing in tailor-made solutions
We are looking for properties that meet the following criteria:
- Light Industrial / Last Mile / Distribution centers
- From 3,000 sqm l.f.a. (Preferably larger with the possibility of creating units)
- Within a radius of ±20 km around the major cities in the following provinces:
- Purchase price starting at €5,000,000.
- Good accessibility (by car)
- Sufficient outdoor area (including parking for employees)
- Rented (single / multi tenant)
