HighBrook Investors and Proptimize have purchased an office building at Galvanistraat 119 and Celsiusstraat 18 in Ede on behalf of the CityLink portfolio.

The building consists of 14,228 sqm of office and industrial space and is located on the Heestereng business park. The site is located in the southwest of Ede along the A12 and A30 at the Maanderbroek interchange. This location offers excellent visibility and accessibility. This site, totaling approximately 105 acres, is home to various offices, showrooms and industrial spaces.

The building is fully leased to Iddink Group, an educational service provider focused on Dutch, Belgian and Spanish educational organizations.
