In less than two years, the CityLink portfolio has reached a value of €1 billion, and this growth continues. To further promote growth, CityLink chose to open its own finance department.

To make the finance department operational, two new employees are being welcomed. Effective September 1, 2022, Sean Slager has joined the company as Senior Financial Manager and since this week Berdien Remmerswaal has started as Financial Manager.

Sean Slager has years of experience in Financial Management with a proven track record in the real estate industry. With more than 10 years of work experience at CBRE Netherlands, Sean will lead the finance department.

Also coming from CBRE Netherlands is Berdien Remmerswaal. As Financial Manager, Berdien will apply her knowledge and experience to strengthen CityLink’s finance department.

CityLink was formed in the end of 2020, from a collaboration between HighBrook Investors and Proptimize, with the intention of responding to the increasing scarcity of available and flexible logistics business space in and around the most densely populated areas in the Netherlands.
