Logistics centre located at De Keten 12 in Eindhoven has been leased to Sandvik Mining & Construction. Sandvik is globally recognized as a leading player in the field of innovative equipment for the mining and infrastructure industries. By closing this deal, CityLink has been able to assist Sandvik in securing a second location within CityLink’s portfolio.

The business complex, comprising approximately 4,845 sqm of warehouse space and 1,250 sqm of office and showroom space, is situated at a prominent corner and visible location on the “Goederen Distributie Centrum Acht” (GDC Acht) industrial estate in Eindhoven. An ideal location for Sandvik to further expand its business activities on this industrial estate, preparing for growth and enhancing its services to its global customers.

With this successful leasing transaction, CityLink has reinforced its position in the region and contributes to the activity and growth of this industrial estate.
