AMSTERDAM, February 22, 2021 – Private equity real estate investor HighBrook Investors, together with asset manager and developer Proptimize, has established the CityLink platform for investments in urban logistics real estate. The platform will be launched with an initial portfolio of 33 industrial and last mile properties totaling approximately 200,000 sqm. All of these properties were acquired in 16 separate transactions in the last quarter of 2020. All properties are located in urban infill locations in the Randstad, 70% of which are in and around Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

HighBrook and Proptimize expect to significantly grow the CityLink platform this year with acquisitions in the Dutch market.

The acquisitions of the first 33 properties in the platform were supported by Citystone Group BV Bert Angel Consult and Wallstone Capital. The due diligence was supervised by Loyens & Loeff, Savills. Building Consultancy and Hofstede cs. The portfolio and financial management of CityLink is performed by Everglow Real Estate Management and the technical management by Square Four.
