Highbrook investors and Proptimize acquire two distribution centres in Alphen aan den Rijn from Hoogvliet Vastgoed B.V. for the CityLink Portfolio.

Hoogvliet Vastgoed B.V. has sold two distribution centres at Eikenlaan 265 and Distributieweg 17 through an off-market transaction to HighBrook Investors and Proptimize for the CityLink portfolio. Hoogvliet used these locations for the supply of supermarkets, until the recent opening of its new distribution centre in Bleiswijk. Both locations are being thoroughly renovated and are subsequently available for lease.

The distribution centre on the Eikenlaan comprises a total of 40,945 sqm, including warehouse, cold storage, mezzanine, ADR room, washrooms and changing rooms, a canteen and office space. The property is situated on 44,088 sqm of land.

The cross-dock building on the Distributieweg consists of 5,064 sqm of space with an outside area of approx. 7,700 sqm. This DC was formerly used for handling packaging.
